Delivery Options

Available delivery options and their costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address, order size and the shipping service available for your order.

Depending on your location and the items in your order, available options may include:

• Pickup-point or locker collection

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside of AWESEL's control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Orders are generally prepared for dispatch on business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available for the selected delivery service.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery information is accurate and complete when placing your order. AWESEL cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
